The Wheels of Hope Rising Foundation (WHRF) is a Nigerian non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to transforming lives in rural communities through humanitarian service. Founded in 2014 by Adigun Temitayo, the foundation was born from a deeply personal and tragic experience: witnessing a child die due to the inability to afford a $3 medical treatment. This moment sparked a lifelong mission to prevent such avoidable losses and to extend educational and healthcare opportunities to the underserved
